Exercises, stretches, and positions of relief are important aspects of chiropractic care. Positions of relief and stretches are prescribed to each patient based on their individual needs. The goals of positions of relief and stretches are to reduce pain and discomfort as your body heals. Exercises are prescribed to help improve flexibility, fitness, and strength/endurance. In many cases, specific exercises are prescribed to patients in order to reduce the likelihood of recurrence of pain and dysfunction. In the clinic, a specific rehabilitation program will be outlined for you and you’re specific condition(s).
